Ingredients: 1 cup of nut butter: Peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter would work. If you have a nut-free home, or school, you could use sunflower seed butter¼ cup of sweetener: Honey or maple syrup. 1 ¼ cup of almond or 1 cup of coconut flourSmall pretzels broken in halfRed chocolate candy coated piecesCandy eyesInstructions: In a large bowl, add the nut butter, sweetener and flour and mix well. If the dough seems too thick or crumbles, you can add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it becomes a dough-like consistency. Form the dough into small-sized balls, about 12-14. Add the pretzel pieces to the top to create reindeer antlers, candy eyes and the red chocolate candy for a nose. Place the balls onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and store in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm. Serve and enjoy. Store the balls in the fridge for up to two weeks. If you want to experiment you can add chocolate chips, chopped nuts, raisins or coconut to make them a different taste or texture.
