Is it a Find?

Hi Dan, I have this Zippo lighter from the sixties that once belonged to my father who was in the Air Force. It was never used as he was not a smoker. It has its original box and papers. There is a large group of collectors for Zippo lighters. Your lighter crosses into other fields of collectability as well. For example, someone who does not necessarily collect lighters, but does collect Air Force items may show interest in your lighter as well. In its pristine condition it could bring $150-$200 to the right collector. It would be best not to use it as it would cut its value down by more than two thirds. The Zippo lighter company was founded in 1932. Some of the early and rare examples can sell for thousands of dollars!
